2. Booking & Payment

1. Bookings may be made through our official website or through our reservations team.
2. We accept bank transfers and POS (credit/debit card) payments.
3. Room rates may or may not include VAT and service charges; this will be indicated at the time of booking.
4. Full payment may be required to confirm reservations.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

1. Check-in: 2:00 PM
2. Check-out: 12:00 PM
3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Valid identification is required for all guests at check-in.

4. Use of Resort Facilities

1. Overnight guests have access to amenities including the pool, gym, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and hiking trails.
2. Day visitors may access selected facilities depending on the purchased package.
3. Swimming pool access is limited to overnight guests (unless otherwise stated).
4. Professional photography or videography requires prior approval and may attract additional fees.

5. Pet, Parking & Safety Policies

1. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
2. Free parking is available for all guests.
3. Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines within the resort.

6. Group Bookings & Events

1. We host corporate events, retreats, weddings, birthdays, and private parties.
2. Group discounts may apply for groups of 10 or more.
3. Event bookings may require deposits and signed agreements.

7. Transportation Services

1. Group transportation from Lagos, Ibadan, and Iseyin is available at an additional cost and must be booked in advance.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

1. Ensuring their belongings are secure.
2. Maintaining order within the resort.
3. Any damage caused to property due to negligence or misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Resort is not liable for loss, theft, accidental injury, or damages caused by misuse of facilities.
2. Website content is provided “as-is,” and we are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies.

10. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, text, and website materials are the exclusive property of KAP Film Village & Resort and may not be used without permission.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
